Description: Pennsylvania expenditures data was obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State. Data is available from 2015 on and has been updated through the end of 2022.
Each record is a single campaign expenditure made to an outside vendor for goods or services. The full data files contain all original columns. New columns with normalized data are used for searches. Data processing was done using open-source software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
