Description: According to ELEC, the overall expenditures associated with lobbying were reported by year, and can be found in the annual reports. This dataset is a long version of all years' expenditures by category table.

Additional Notes: Since all filers only need to disclose total expenditures by category, we are unable to determine where the receipts come from. This dataset also contains reports from both the reporting entities (clients) and lobbying firms.
