Description: Indiana contributions data was obtained from the Indiana Election Division. Data was scraped from the data download page. Annual bulk files are found on the Data Download page. Data is available from 1998 on and has been updated through No. 19, 2022.
Each record is a single campaign contribution made to a political campaign from an individual or business. The full data files contain all original columns. New columns with normalized data are used for searches. Data processing was done using open-source software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
