Description: Minnesota contributions data was obtained from the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board.
The data ranges from 2015 to January 2023. Each record is a single campaign contribution made to a political campaign from an individual or business. The full data files contain all original columns. New columns with normalized data are used for searches. Data processing was done using open-source software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
