Description: Florida contributions data was obtained from the Florida Department of State's Division of Elections.
Each record is a single campaign contribution made to a political campaign from an individual or business. The full data files contain all original columns. The data ranges from 1995 to Jan. 2023. New columns with normalized data are used for searches. Data processing was done using open-source software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
