Description: The Consolidated Screening List (CSL) is a list of parties for which the United States Government maintains restrictions on certain exports, reexports, or transfers of items. The CSL is consists of the consolidation of multiple export screening lists of the Departments of Commerce, State, and Treasury. Data availability varies depending on the source list. For example, dates for which the restriction applies do not apply to names from the Specially Designated Nationals List. The consolidated list has been reshaped so both names and aliases can be returned as separate search results.
Data processing was done using open-source software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
