Description: Occupational and professional licenses issued by the District of Columbia can be search on a website operated by the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). A free account is needed to submit searches. We made a search for all licenses as of May 31, 2022.
Each record is a professional licensed issued to a business or individual. The full data files contain all original columns. Dates from 1900 were removed in a new column of dates and years. Data processing was done using open-source software and is documented on the Accountability Project GitHub repository.
