Description: Pilots and other airmen certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration, from the FAA's Releasable Airmen Database as of Oct. 1, 2026: 592,799 pilots and 379,876 non-pilot airmen, such as mechanics and dispatchers. Each record is an airman's name and mailing address, with medical certificate dates for pilots; certificate and rating details are not included. People certificated both as a pilot and as a non-pilot airman appear once as each.
