Description: New nonprofits submit the names of their directors when they seek tax-exempt status on form 1023EZ, which has been available electronically since 2014. Some nonprofit directors are reported on 1023EZ and do not appear in the electronic 990 file because their respective organizations elect to file tax returns on paper. As of Sept. 18, 2023.
